  • Premier Workspaces has partnered with Douglas Emmett to reopen and manage its Executive Tower flexible office location.
  • The space is located on the second floor of the West Los Angeles building.
  • The space was formerly managed by IWG’s Regus, who vacated when the lease expired.

Douglas Emmett selected Irvine, CA based Premier Workspaces to reopen, reposition and manage their 28,000 square foot coworking space left behind by Regus (an IWG company) in their Executive Tower in West Los Angeles when their lease expired.

“Currently, we lease office space from Douglas Emmett and operate successful coworking locations in Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills and Honolulu, HI.,” said Michael Pollack, Vice President, Director of Real Estate at Premier.  “We are excited about our first partnership with Douglas Emmett at 11400 West Olympic Boulevard in West LA.”
