Family real estate firm the Rudin family will partner with flexible office company Industrious at one of its Manhattan properties.
Industrious will help the real estate management company transform 52,000 square feet of 32 Sixth Avenue in Tribeca into a flexible office that features nine private suites and can accommodate up to 50 people.
Office tenants are seeking more flexibility in the post-pandemic future, and Rudin found that Industrious would be the right fit to accommodate this growing demand.
“Given the size of the building, and the size of the space that they’re taking, we thought it was an appropriate way to start a relationship with them to see what they can do and what kind of value that they can add to the building,” said Michael Rudin, senior vice president at Rudin Management.
Industrious operates on landlord-management agreements, with Rudin signing a 10-year deal with the firm.
