WeWork to Face Potential Lawsuit for Vacating Building

The Real Deal reported this week that Fuse Group Investment plans to sue WeWork over allegedly vacating its offices in violation of the lease. Fuse Group Investment recently acquired the Miami building after it was under a foreclosure action. According to the report, the coworking company leased out the whole property and it was WeWork’s  flagship Miami location. A spokesperson for Fuse Group Investment said “they haven’t paid their rent and they are not there. They removed all of their furniture, so we want an order from the court that we can have possession.”
