Flexible office software company essensys has raised £1.87 million in an open offer, just weeks following the provider raising £31.3 million through a primary placing.
This brings the company’s total funding in recent weeks to £33.2 million before expenses, which it plans to use towards the growing opportunities within the flexible office industry.
This includes helping flex space operators meet the increased demand for flexibility, as well as growing its market share by 10% across North America, the UK, parts of Europe and Asia Pacific.
“We are excited by the long-term growth opportunities ahead for the company and look forward to updating the market on our progress as we deploy the proceeds of our significantly oversubscribed placing,” said Jon Lee, non-executive chairman at essensys.
