Houston-based coworking company SheSpace will expand its location in the Lower Heights District.

SheSpace opened less than one year ago in November and currently features 12 private offices, two event spaces, conference rooms, a fitness facility and a podcast studio.

The female-oriented coworking operator will expand into the 1,500 square foot space next door, taking up a total of 7,500 square feet on Katy Freeway. The new expansion will incorporate more areas for events, as well as single and duo offices.

“When our members succeed, we succeed,” said Stephanie Tsuru, cofounder of SheSpace along with her daughter-in-law Katie Tsuru. “SheSpace grows because our members are growing and expanding in their respective businesses, and our expansion is a win for not only our members but all females.”
