IWG will open two new locations in Manhattan at 401 Park Avenue South and 14 Penn Plaza.
The company will open a 63,000 square foot Spaces location at Park Avenue South, which was once operated by WeWork.
A Regus location will also open on Penn Plaza, where the company will occupy 28,000 square feet.
Although IWG filed for bankruptcy for several of its Regus locations last year, the company seems to be on the rebound as companies pivot to hybrid working models, stating it has gained 1 million new users this year.
