WeWork And JLL Partner Up Once Again In LA

JLL has revealed that it will be the exclusive broker for WeWork for four of the coworking operator’s Los Angeles locations.

The partnership will see JLL helping WeWork fill around 350,000 square feet of space in El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Century City, and Playa Vista. The available spaces include both suites and entire buildings.

This news comes as demand for flexible leases grows among companies who are attempting to bring workers back into the office.

JLL and WeWork have also partnered up for spaces in Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Denver, New York City, Phoenix and San Francisco.
