WorkSuites will open two new locations in Fort Worth and Houston, Texas, which will be the company’s fourth and fifth locations opened in the past year.
According to CEO Flip Howard, the company has been able to grow due to remote workers looking for a safe workspace closer to their homes.
“Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston were the top two markets in the country last year for population growth and we don’t see that momentum slowing any time soon,” said Howard. “We’ve seen a dramatic increase in demand for hybrid, part-time office space and coworking…”
The Houston location is situated on the 23rd floor of the building and will feature a full-service coffee bar, golf simulators, a coworking pod and more.
Both locations are expected to open by the fourth quarter of 2021.
