Ucommuneย has announced anotherย asset-light coworking projectย in Datong, Shanxi in Chinaย asย part of its City Partner Program.ย 

The project is called โ€œDatonย Young Entrepreneurs Village –ย Ucommuneโ€ and will offer services for its landlord partners and tenants, such as designing, marketing, smart management systems, community events, and more.ย

Workspace Geek -Coworking and flex space management, made simple

The space will take up over 330,000 square feet and feature 1,500 workstations. It is currently under construction, is expected to be completed by April of 2022, and aimsย to open for operation by June of 2022.ย 

The companyโ€™s City Partner Program aims toย provideย new opportunitiesย in third and fourth-tier citiesย byย connectingย with businessย partners.ย
