New York-based coworking operator Industrious will add a new location in Los Angeles on Hollywood Boulevard.
The new expansion will be the firm’s ninth location in Los Angeles and will take up two floors of The Cornerstone building featuring private offices, shared workspaces, conference rooms, and lounge areas.
The Cornerstone building location is situated on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the heart of the city.
“Hollywood is the home of media and entertainment in L.A.,” said Jerome Fried, senior director of real estate at Industrious. “Some of the country’s largest tech, media and entertainment companies choose to office here because of its rich history and world-class amenities.”
The Los Angeles office sector has been on the path to recovery over the last few months, with CBRE research showing that Los Angeles’ office vacancy fell to 17.8% at the end of 2021.
