In its continued journey of growth, Industrious has opened a new location just outside of Boston. 

The new coworking space, coined Industrious Legacy Place, is part of a 675,000 square foot retail center in Dedham, Massachusetts.

This marks the coworking operator’s seventh location in the region, where it will offer 400 seats, meeting rooms, private offices and a pet-friendly coworking environment across over 35,000 square feet. 

Located in and around the retail center are a variety of community events, food, retail and grocery options.
