Mindspace To Open Second Miami Location This Year

Boutique coworking operator Mindspace will open a new location in downtown Miami, its second in the city. 

The new location is situated on the iconic Biscayne Boulevard, where it will occupy over 31,000 square feet across three floors of the 30-story RFR Realty-owned building. 

Mindspace Miami Downtown will feature all the classic amenities of a coworking space, including shared and dedicated workstations, private offices, team suites, networking events, on-site parking and more.

Miami has quickly become a hub for the coworking community, with many remote workers flocking to the city thanks to its lower cost of living, year-round warm weather and burgeoning startup culture.
