Property management software company Yardi has revealed that its commercial real estate listing platform will be incorporated into RealNex’s marketplace.
Yardi’s move to syndicate its CommercialEdge Listing Network into RealNex’s MarketPlace Listing will add over 75,000 new commercial properties for sale or leases.
Currently, the CommercialEdge network comprises hundreds of thousands of commercial real estate listings from various websites, including CommercialCafe and CommercialSearch. Among these are 6,000 coworking spaces and 50,000 other properties.
“Our community is always seeking active listings in the market,” said Arjun Rao, senior director at Yardi. “We are pleased to expand our inventory with the launch of this syndication channel from RealNex.”
RealNex itself is a workplace management solution software firm that collects data from deals and provides an in-depth analysis to help occupants gain perspective in their future growth strategies and where real estate can play a leading role.
