A conglomerate of six entrepreneurs behind the coworking operators Venture X and Office Evolution have merged to expand their Denver-area presence.
The new agreement sees the group acquire eight Office Evolution locations throughout Denver, including those in Boulder, Broomfield, Downtown Denver, Golden, DTC Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, South Hover Longmont and Louisville.
This brings 12 cross-branded locations — three Venture X and nine Office Evolution — across the Denver metro area.
“When we were approached with the opportunity to acquire Office Evolution’s eight locations in Denver, all of us decided to join forces and partner up. We are a group of like-minded individuals, each with our own strengths, coming together to provide coworking solutions to the Denver metro area,” said Channen Smith, majority partner of the local group.
