Global Workspace Association Announces 2025 Board of Directors and Leadership Transition

The Global Workspace Association (GWA), the premier network for professionals in the flexible office space industry, is thrilled to introduce its 2025 Governing Board of Directors. This dynamic group of leaders reflects GWA’s commitment to innovation, community, and the continued growth of the coworking and flexible office space sector.

Announcing the 2025 GWA Governing Board

The 2025 Governing Board includes respected industry leaders and innovators, whose collective expertise will guide GWA through another exciting year of progress and success:

Recognizing Leadership Transitions

In addition to welcoming our new board members, GWA is excited to announce that Giovanni Palavicini, who has served as GWA’s Co-President for the past 2 years, has been appointed as the new Executive Director of GWA. Giovanni’s extensive experience in the industry and dedication to advancing GWA’s mission ensure a seamless transition as he steps into this role.

“I’m excited to take on this new role and further GWA’s mission of being the cornerstone of innovation, support, and leadership in the flex industry,” said Palavicini.

“Our work is about creating opportunities for our members and educating the commercial real estate industry.
I’m excited for what’s ahead for the flex industry.”

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to Megan Brown, who has served GWA in countless ways since 2017, most recently as the Executive Director for the past two years.  Megan’s leadership, strategic vision, and dedication have been instrumental in elevating GWA’s impact and ensuring its continued growth.

Honoring Our Outgoing Board Members

As we look ahead to a new chapter, we want to express our deepest appreciation for the contributions of the board members whose terms have concluded – Miro Miroslavov, Matt Going, Annie Draper and Javier Garcia Iza.

Their dedication, insights, and unwavering support have been invaluable in shaping GWA’s trajectory. Each of these leaders has left an indelible mark on our organization, and we are deeply grateful for their service and leadership.
