Recognizing Leadership Transitions
In addition to welcoming our new board members, GWA is excited to announce that Giovanni Palavicini, who has served as GWA’s Co-President for the past 2 years, has been appointed as the new Executive Director of GWA. Giovanni’s extensive experience in the industry and dedication to advancing GWA’s mission ensure a seamless transition as he steps into this role.
“I’m excited to take on this new role and further GWA’s mission of being the cornerstone of innovation, support, and leadership in the flex industry,” said Palavicini.
“Our work is about creating opportunities for our members and educating the commercial real estate industry.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to Megan Brown, who has served GWA in countless ways since 2017, most recently as the Executive Director for the past two years. Megan’s leadership, strategic vision, and dedication have been instrumental in elevating GWA’s impact and ensuring its continued growth.
Honoring Our Outgoing Board Members
As we look ahead to a new chapter, we want to express our deepest appreciation for the contributions of the board members whose terms have concluded – Miro Miroslavov, Matt Going, Annie Draper and Javier Garcia Iza.
