Take Control Of Your Google Search How To Make Allwork.Space A Preferred Source For Future Of Work News

Google’s new “Preferred Sources” feature lets users prioritize trusted sites in search results, offering more control and helping combat traffic drops caused by AI summaries and recent algorithm changes.

Lately, using Google Search has become a bit more unpredictable…and less helpful. With the rise of AI-generated summaries and constant algorithm changes, finding the exact results you want is trickier than ever. This has frustrated users as well as publishers, with many seeing significant drops in website traffic and search rankings.

For a while now, Google has been incorporating AI summaries directly on the results page. While convenient, these snippets can sometimes include inaccuracies or draw from less trustworthy sources, meaning users might miss out on the full, original reporting.
