Runway East, the U.K.-based flexible workspace operator, is delighted to announce the appointment of Sophie Marsh as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this strategic leadership role, Sophie will drive operational performance across Runway East’s expanding portfolio of workspaces and lead initiatives that support long-term growth, service excellence and member satisfaction.
With more than 14 years of experience in scaling startup and high-growth businesses, Sophie brings a proven track record in operational strategy, project delivery and organisational optimisation to Runway East. She joins the company at a pivotal moment in its growth journey, as it continues to expand its footprint nationwide.

Before joining Runway East, Sophie held senior operations roles at notable companies facilitating operational real estate including Appear Here and Onefinestay, where she led cross-functional teams, refined operational infrastructure, and played a key role in business transformation and growth.
