AUGUST 26, 2026 — Runway East has opened three new sites in recent months at an average of 70% occupancy pre-sold – following an exceptionally strong pre-opening leasing period across the three sites
The team has launched new locations in Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road and Bristol’s Queen Square, pre-selling more than 1,000 desks across the three sites before their doors opened.
The milestone marks a significant moment for the independent business as it continues its expansion across Central London and beyond. A further site at St Paul’s, already secured, is set to open in November.
