NeueHouse will open a new location in Miami after pandemic-driven delays. 

In March of 2020, NeueHouse announced plans to open a new 34,000 square foot coworking space at the six-story office property on NW 37th Street.

Now, the operator has signed a 15-year lease at the same property situated near the Design District that is slated to open later this year.  

Currently, NeueHouse has three locations in Los Angeles and one in New York, where it offers both coworking services and memberships clubs.

Miami in particular has become a hot market in the post-pandemic era, with its lower cost of living, warm weather, and vibrant culture enticing new remote workers and technology companies to the area.
