The appetite for hybrid work continues to grow more ravenous, leading workers to flee the expensive bunkers of Silicon Valley and the like. 

As a result, employees are turning to alternative solutions that support their flexible lifestyles. Even cities are jumping at the opportunity to bring in these professionals, with many offering various incentives to move to their region and contribute to their economy.

According to recent research, 53% of workers state wanting to work over half of their time remotely post-pandemic, meaning companies must find new ways of supporting the divide in remote work and the desire for a professional setting.   

For many, the solution lies in a hub-and-spoke model, where companies adopt smaller satellite offices in suburban areas outside of their city center headquarters.

By utilizing this model, companies are able to continue having a main hub for important meetings and events, while allowing employees to avoid stressful commutes and come into a professional setting closer to their homes.
