Coworking operator Cohatch has revealed plans for a new location in downtown Hamilton, Ohio.
The vacant Second National Bank has received over $1.8 million in Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits to redevelop the building, transforming it into a coworking space with various food and beverage options.
Cohatch operates in various locations across Indiana, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania, with several more in the pipeline as it works to meet demand for flexible offices.
Along with coworking services, Cohatch locations feature meeting spaces, events, private offices and incubator programs for startups.
