In March, The Executive Centre (the largest provider of flexible workspaces in Central’s premium buildings), noted a 500% surge in new leases compared to January, with approximately 70% being sourced from mainland China.
Hong Kong is increasingly becoming a hub for businesses from all types of industries, with technology, media and gaming being the main industries.
Instead of looking for traditional offices, these firms tend to prefer flexible space to rent.
