IWG To Open 17 New Coworking Spaces In The Philippines In 2025

This expansion will bring the total number of IWGโ€™s flexible workspaces in the Philippines to 50 by the end of 2025, up from 33 by the end of this year.

International Workplace Group (IWG) has announced plans to open 17 new coworking spaces across the Philippines in 2025. The expansion comes in response to the growing demand for flexible workspaces as hybrid working continues to gain popularity, according to Business World.ย

Mark Dixon, founder and CEO of IWG, highlighted the rising need for high-quality, adaptable office solutions, saying, โ€œThe need for high-quality flexible workspaces continues to soar as hybrid working becomes the new normal.โ€ย

This expansion will bring the total number of IWGโ€™s flexible workspaces in the Philippines to 50 by the end of 2025, up from 33 by the end of this year.

The new locations will offer a range of amenities such as private offices, meeting rooms, and creative coworking spaces. In addition, IWG’s โ€œDesign Your Own Officeโ€ service will allow businesses to customize their workspaces to suit their needs.

Key developments include the opening of the first Regus center in Antipolo in partnership with Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc., and a new center in Lipa, Batangas, expected to open in the first quarter of 2025.ย

The Batangas location will serve the growing demand for workspaces in the CALABA (Cavite-Laguna-Batangas) region, known for its strong business process outsourcing (BPO) sector and rapid commercial growth.
