International Workplace Group (IWG), the world’s largest provider of flexible workspaces and the parent company of Regus, Spaces, and other coworking brands, is making a major strategic push into Florida. The company has secured 32 new coworking locations across the state, reflecting rising demand for hybrid work environments, according to CoStar.Â
IWG reported record growth in 2025, with more new global openings in the first half of the year than during its entire first decade of operation.
Its managed and franchised business segment saw a 26% year-over-year revenue increase, reaching $361 million.
Florida, with its business-friendly climate and increasing population, is a key focus area in the company’s U.S. expansion strategy.
