Guaynabo, PR, June 4, 2026 – As trends like workcations and digital nomadism continue to shape how professionals approach work and travel, FlexJobs has released the 2026 Digital Nomad Guide covering the top companies, career categories, and job titles for work-from-anywhere jobs this summer.
In a recent FlexJobs survey, over a third (36%) of U.S. respondents said they would move to a new city, state, or country if they had a work-from-anywhere job, with an additional 17% saying they would frequently travel as a digital nomad. The findings reflect the continued demand for fully remote work flexibility and travel-focused lifestyles.
FlexJobs defines a “digital nomad” as any professional who has the ability to work remotely from various locations around the world and is not tied to a specific city, state, or country.
To compile the 2026 report, FlexJobs analyzed its database of more than 60,000 companies and determined the employers with the highest volume of work-from-anywhere job postings between January 1 and May 31, 2026, that met the following criteria:
- Follows “work-from-anywhere” arrangement with zero location restrictions
- Offers a fully remote job that does not require any time in the office
- Includes a full or part-time schedule
