Cheltenham, 29th June 2026: The
Boutique Workplace Company has marked its entry into the Cheltenham market with a launch event at Jessop House, celebrating the opening of its 10,500 sq ft flexible workspace at the Grade A office building.
Deputy Mayor Councillor Mike Collins officially opened the new workspace with a speech and ribbon-cutting ceremony on 25 June, setting the tone for an engaging launch event. The occasion brought together local occupiers, property agents, partners and media for an exclusive preview, with guided tours, networking opportunities and hospitality-led experiences designed to showcase the full offer.
The launch highlights Boutique’s latest regional expansion, with the operator now active at Jessop House in Cheltenham’s established business quarter. The company is currently delivering 10,500 sq ft of serviced office space on the ground floor, with potential to expand further across the building’s c.60,000 sq ft total floorplate over time.
Guests at the event were given access to the full workspace offering, which has been designed to meet growing occupier demand for high-quality, flexible office space outside of core city markets. The scheme provides 188 desks across a mix of private offices, coworking, meeting rooms and breakout areas, targeting SMEs and scaling businesses.
Jessop House offers a strong range of amenities, including a gym (opening later this summer), an on-site café, parking, showers, and cycle storage, all complemented by modern workplace infrastructure and excellent natural light throughout.
The space is being operated under a management agreement with Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH), managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, marking the fund’s first UK flex workspace partnership.
Daniel Wheble, CEO of The Boutique Workplace Company (pictured above), said: “The launch event at Jessop House was a fantastic opportunity to bring together Cheltenham’s property and business community and showcase what we’re delivering here. This is a key location for us, and we’re excited to introduce a workspace that combines flexibility, quality and true hospitality.”
