DENVER, CO — The Global Workspace Association (GWA) has unveiled the full agenda for its 2026 Conference, taking place September 1–4 in Denver. The industry’s flagship event brings together operators, brokers, and investors from across the flexible workspace sector for three and a half days of programming focused on where the industry is headed.
The agenda centers on a few big themes: how AI is reshaping operations, staffing, and marketing; where the flex market is heading; and how operators can build new revenue beyond memberships. Marquee moments include a keynote on driving margin improvement using AI lessons from hospitality, breakout sessions with an entire AI track covering tech, operations, marketing, and more, and the annual Community Manager Awards (CMAwards) recognizing standout talent across the industry.
Beyond the main stage, the program leans into connection — a kickoff reception, roundtable discussions, an evening networking party, happy hour social and a full day of Denver space tours to close things out.
