Serendipity Labs Lands Franchise Deal
New York based coworking, Serendipity Labs, announced a franchise deal with Columbus company, Renascent Hospitality. According to the announcement, Renascent will open four Serendipity Labs locations throughout Columbus, OH next year, 2017.
Italy-Based Coworking Raises €12M
Talent Garden, a coworking brand founded in Brescia, Italy, has landed a €12M funding round from investors. According to this TechCrunch article, the Italian coworking brand is focused on Tier 2 markets and will use the funds to continue its North and Eastern European expansion.
