- NYC Office Suites signed two deals this week
- The flexible workspace provider will increase its NYC footprint by 70,000 square feet
- The larger of the deals will take up 2 floors of Tishman Speyer’s building in Avenue of the Americas
Industry veteran and ABCN member, NYC Office Suites has added 70,000 square feet to NYC its workspace portfolio with two new deals.
“NYC Office Suites, which provides flexible office space, has signed a lease for 40,000 square feet in Rockefeller Center and a sublease for 30,000 square feet in the Citigroup Center,” The Commercial Observer reported earlier today.
For the 40,000 square feet deal, NYC Office Suites will take over the entire seventh and eighth floors of Tishman Speyer’s 1270 Avenue of the Americas. Avital Shimshowitz told Commercial Observer that the company picked the building for its location, neighborhood, and because it’s on top of a transportation hub.
The 30 year old company signed a lease for 15 years in the building and will start welcoming members on April 2nd.
The second deal is a sublease for the 20th floor of Citigroup Center at 601 Lexington Avenue and it is reported to be for less than 10 years.
NYC Office Suites will now be operating 6 locations across New York City.
