Sharing one of South Williamsburg’s most iconic corners with the famous Peter Luger Steak House and the historic Williamsburgh Savings Bank, The Yard: South Williamsburg is set in a prime location for local Brooklyn entrepreneurs and Manhattan commuters. With spectacular views of the Williamsburg Bridge and steps from the J/M/Z train-line, the new space is ideal for those preparing for the L Train shutdown early next year. The new space features private offices, dedicated desks, and coworking areas throughout the third and fourth floors of the historic Forman Building. Skylights and ample windows create quintessential Brooklyn backdrops for the modern entrepreneur.

“It’s never been a better time to be an entrepreneur in Brooklyn,” said Morris Levy, co-founder and CEO of The Yard. “We opened our very first location in Williamsburg in 2011 because we saw a community that was taking innovation to the next level. Seeing the accelerated growth in the South Williamsburg community, we’re returning to our roots to help the next generation of Brooklyn-born businesses.”
