Multi-unit franchise developer signs Pittsburgh 3 Crossings as first of five locations
PITTSBURGH, July 25, 2018 — Serendipity Labs announced today that its first Pittsburgh area shared office and coworking location will be in the city’s revitalized Strip District at 3 Crossings. Slated to open in 4Q 2018, the 25,000 sq.ft. Lab will span the first and second floor of Oxford Development’s 2545 Railroad Street building.
The first floor of 3 Crossings will have team rooms, coworking, a Lab Café, and feature an event space. An interior stairwell will connect to the second-floor coworking, team rooms, and shared offices with expansive views of the Allegheny River. All members will have direct access the greenspace along the riverfront trail system.
The Pittsburgh expansion is part of the company’s strategy to create a national network of upscale, inspiring workplaces for businesses of all sizes from every industry.
