exoffice is ready to launch its first coworking location in Copenhagen, Denmark

October, 2018 – exoffice is now ready to launch their first location in Copenhagen after one year of preparation, offering over 700 square meters of exclusive business lounge and coworking space, as well as a café in Læderstræde 3, 1201 Kbh. K, one of the most prestigious areas of Copenhagen.

exoffice hopes to be the place of choice for professionals in Copenhagen searching for a beautiful setting where they can work, meet, and network. The new coworking space welcomes business professionals from all sectors and industries and it will offer high end meeting rooms, private offices, project rooms, lounge areas, quiet zones, coworking areas, shower rooms, printing facilities, and coffee/tea making facilities.

The space’s capacity is for 500-600 members and the brand is prepared to grow in Denmark and abroad. exoffice was founded and established by Anders Andersen who is the founder of ordnung office hotel, one of Denmark’s fastest growing chain of office hotels in.

Founder of exoffice Anders Andersen stated: ”exoffice has been created because of the market demanding flexible office solutions. Based on our vast experience running office hotels we know that especially younger business professionals search for a more flexible solution where you’re not tied to one particular office. The world is constantly changing and the way we like to work is changing as well – we want more flexibility, higher service and great locations.

I have often been in a situation in Denmark or abroad where I have been searching for a place like exoffice. Being in between meetings and looking for a quiet place to work or searching for a place to bring business partners for lunch or a meeting in tranquil surroundings. We can now launch a brand new concept which has not been seen in Denmark and which internationally is unique and exquisite.”

Andersen continues: ”From the beginning it has been extremely important that we create a platform which can be scaled internationally. If exoffice will succeed in Copenhagen then we believe it will be successful in other large cities around the world too. Our architect has done an incredible job and we have spent a lot of time analysing best practice and chosen a unique location and complemented it by enviable interior décor, finishes and furnishings.
