Coworking firm Fosbury & Sons have taken on a big architectural project in their new Brussels location.
The space is located within at the former site of a cement company and is laden by concrete, as is the norm for brutalist buildings. Constantin Brodzki, the building’s designer, once claimed it as “the most modern building in Belgium.” Oblong windows and prefab modules give the building’s exterior it’s distinguished look.

Brussels-based design studio Going East was recruited to renovate the building. Now, wooden furniture give the space a homey feel, while touches of greenery create a serene, biophilic environment.
Clients can make their way upstairs to have a drink at the building’s bar and enjoy the views of the Sonian Forest.
