Chicago-based Novel Coworking is expanding its footprint in Orlando, FL with an upcoming workspace location in the Angebilt Building

ORLANDO, FL, UNITED STATES, January, 2019 — Coworking company Novel Coworking is expanding into Downtown Orlando with the purchase of the historic Angebilt Building at 37 N. Orange Avenue. The Chicago-based company acquired the 100,323-square-foot building on January 3 and plans to renovate it to provide modern and affordable workspace. Pre-leasing is already underway for private offices, office suites, and coworking memberships.

“Orlando’s professional services job growth is impressive, and we are excited to offer local business owners and enterprise companies flexible, budget-friendly workspace in a fantastic location,” said Bill Bennett, Founder of Novel Coworking.
