Hana, CBRE’s coworking brand, has opened up its new Uptown Dallas location in the Park District project.
Hana is not your average ping pong table-filled, beer-on-tap coworking space. It offers sleek furnishings and high-end hospitality services.
“It has a very comfortable, almost residential feel to it, which is in contrast to that urban loft feel you get with many other providers,” said Brian Harrington, Hana’s chief experience officer. “There is a focus on hospitality and service. If you look around here, the physical materials we use are very warm.”
The 67,000 square foot space features private “focus rooms”, large suites for big teams that can accommodate 70 workers, and an outdoor deck overlooking Klyde Warren Park
The central reception area, coined The Hub, offers a welcoming, professional environment according to Harrington.
CBRE is using this new Hana location as a test for the nationwide coworking networking, with plans to open in the top 25 markets.
