NEW YORK, NY (January 31, 2020) – Industrious, the largest premium workplace provider in the U.S., today announced it has signed a management agreement with TF Cornerstone to bring flexible workspace to Carnegie Hall Tower, an iconic building in Midtown Manhattan. Industrious will operate over 17,000 square-feet in the building as Canvas by Industrious, its signature flexible private office offering, as well as manage building’s newly-constructed conference center.

Industrious Carnegie Hall Tower is expected to open Q3 2020.

Industrious will also bring its tenant experience management expertise to Carnegie Hall Tower; it will manage and activate building amenities for tenants including a boardroom, lounge and cafe, and terrace area. Carnegie Hall Tower is located at 152 W 57th Street. Its award-winning design echoes the architectural elements of its landmark neighbor, Carnegie Music Hall.
