IT teams will also play a crucial role in creating a seamless experience for workers. Removing any possible obstacles that could hurt collaboration between workers, regardless of where they are, is vital in keeping business going.
This also includes HR taking the time to train workers from all generations to understand and feel confident using the technologies that are available.
