Gen Z has nothing to lose, so rather than “sucking it up”, they ask why should they? They are rejecting traditional ways of working–and that’s not a bad thing.
If companies listen to Gen Z and give them what they’re asking, they stand to unlock the most engaged and productive workers to date.
