Drew is an anthropologist, culture consultant, author, speaker, and former business school professor. He is a founding partner at Experient, and more recently founder and principal consultant at Drew Jones Design. He has written three previous books on design thinking and innovation, coworking, and workplace strategy, and his fourth book--The Open Culture Handbook: Five Questions to Drive Engagement and Innovation--will be published in October 2023. He is based in Austin, TX.
