Natalie Williams is a dynamic leader with nearly two decades of experience in sales and operations management within post-secondary education. She is known for building high-performing teams that think creatively, exceed performance goals, and deliver exceptional outcomes for both students and employer partners. Natalie began her tenure with Ancora in 2008 as an admissions officer for one Ancora’s network schools. In 2012, she was promoted to Campus Director, and in the following 18 years established a distinguished career marked by consistent growth, innovation, and measurable success. As Vice President of Ancora Training, Natalie leads a team of over 190 people, delivering comprehensive, consistent workforce development programs deployed to community colleges, government agencies, and Fortune 100 companies across the nation. In recognition of her leadership and industry impact, she was included on the list of “Top Women to Watch in Transportation” by Women in Trucking, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing gender diversity to the transportation sector. Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration from Trident University International and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
