Situated on the corner of Broadway and 30th Street in New York City, Nomadworks takes the concept of a niche coworking space and makes it accessible to a larger population.

The flexible office operator has announced the opening of Chancery House, an eight-story, 127,000 square foot office space located above London Silver Vaults.

“I’m afraid that the uncertainty of rising energy bills and the stress of not knowing whether we’ll be able to afford them made my decision for me.”

The new location will open in 2023 in partnership with The Domain’s property group Simon, and features amenities unlike other Spaces locations in the city.

In the months following vaccine availability and a somewhat return to normalcy, many companies are accepting the inevitable: flexibility is the future.

The new space takes up 127,000 square feet across five stories at Phipps Plaza, where members can have access to the building’s various amenities, including a rooftop beach club.

WeWork’s 137,000 square foot space in Washington D.C.’s Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood has been removed from the company’s website.

UK flexible workspace provider UBC has acquired Inigo Business Centers, allowing it to expand its portfolio to 15 locations across the region.

Common Desk, which is owned by WeWork, will expand its presence at technology hub the Ion, bringing its total square footage to 86,400 in a 10-year deal.
