While coworking and retail partnerships emerged prior to the pandemic, the need to fill in vacant space has accelerated the popularity of this trend.

Located at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, Convene brought the space back as demand for luxury offices increases in the post-pandemic era.

The Las Vegas location will span over 16,000 square feet and feature private offices, team rooms, dedicated desks, a podcast room, wellness spaces, and more.

By providing flexibility in both city centers and secondary markets, WorkChew hopes to address the discrepancy of professional settings close to where workers live.

Industrious’ new expansion in the Washington D.C. area totals 89,000 square feet and 270 private offices.

The new Spaces location situated on North La Brea Avenue will feature 160 private offices, 12 meeting rooms, as well as 10 phone booths. 

This financing is expected to occur alongside the merger of Selina and special purpose acquisition company BOA, taking the coworking firm public.
