Years after nearly driving WeWork to the brink of disaster, Neumann is ready to start anew and create “something much bigger than I even knew was possible.”

The Office Group and Fora have announced they will seek to merge and create a company with over 3 million square feet of space across Germany and the UK.

Coworking operators have begun launching post-pandemic strategies that includes expansions, acquisitions, consolidations, and returning to normal operations.

WeWork’s net loss for the fourth quarter of 2021 was $803 million, showing that the company’s losses have slightly narrowed by 5% compared to the third quarter.

Lyft’s new “fully flexible workplace” strategy will allow employees choose their own work style in an effort to attract and retain staff.

Urby will open a 467-unit space in The Yard’s development that is currently under construction by Brookfield Properties and is expected to be completed in 2024.

While operators that have survived the pandemic are moving forward with operations, the future will provide an even greater challenge for these company’s sustainability.

Barnfox will open its first Manhattan community hub, joining its other locations in the Catskills and the Hudson Valley, and has also launched its Residencies Program.
