Kennedy Wilson has locked in long-term deals with workspace operator WeWork and online fashion retailer ASOS, the company’s largest European deals in its history.

Retail department Lord & Taylor will close its doors in January and workspace operator WeWork will take over the 11-story holiday attraction in an $850 million deal.
