To better address gaps in office occupancy, The World Economic Forum’s Future of Real Estate Taskforce on Digital Transformation created a toolkit that aims to improve the occupant experience.

The number of coworking centers is rising dramatically. When done well, coworking investment can be very profitable — even more so in smaller cities or suburbs.

According to a new Chicago-focused study from The Instant Group, interest and inquiries into coworking are forecasted to surpass expectations for this year.

The new coworking space, coined Industrious Legacy Place, is part of a 675,000 square foot retail center in Dedham, Massachusetts.

According to IWG it is “cautiously optimistic” about its total earnings thanks to a spike in hybrid work demand, but inflation has kept substantial growth at bay.
