A recent research by Regus found that 62% of workers would turn down a job if flexibility was not offered as part of the deal.

In today’s evolving work styles and trends, it appears that flexibility of schedule and workspace remains atop workers’ wishlist.

Regus interviewed about 40,000 professionals to learn more about what it would take for them to accept a job offer. Interviewees attribute this want and need of flexibility in order to lead more balanced lives, claiming that working closer to home allows them to feel more rested, less stressed, and to lead healthier lifestyles as they don’t need to spend as much time commuting back and forth from the office.

Harsh Lambah, Regus India Country Manager, explains that this trend between modern workers is growing because they have been able to see how flexibility in their professional lives can help them better manage their physical and emotional demands on a day-to-day basis.
