Flexible workspace provider BizSpace has acquired the 118,000 sq ft Belvedere House in Basingstoke from AEW, significantly boosting its office portfolio in the region.
BizSpace was acquired by Varde Partners in 2015 and has focused on extending its number of UK-wide properties.
Belvedere House is already home to a number of businesses including charities and large corporates.ย The site has won design awards in recognition of its architectural style, particularly for the combination of offices with roof gardens and courtyards.
The high spec centre on Basing View will feature 20,000 sq ft of co-working space operated by Desk Lodge.ย The quirky, bright and colourful space will include office space and meeting rooms to allow its key markets of small and microbusinesses the opportunity to access flexible and affordable workspace as they grow and develop.
