London Executive Offices Adds 20 North Audley Street to West End Portfolio

LEO West End Workspace Portfolio

June, 2017 – London Executive Offices (LEO), a leading provider of luxury serviced office space, virtual offices, and meeting rooms, has completed the lease of three floors at 20 North Audley Street, W1K.

The property, which comprises 31,600 sq. ft of Grade A office space, has been acquired on a 15-year lease from Global Holdings Management Group. This further increases LEO’s substantial presence in the West End and takes the company’s total portfolio to 820,000 sq. ft over 35 assets. The acquisition is in line with LEO’s growth strategy to continue its expansion of top addresses and first-class office space in central London’s most sought-after locations.

The newly acquired premium space comprises the first, second and fifth floors of the building, with the fifth floor featuring a private roof terrace with unrivalled views over Mayfair and beyond. Located in a well-known part of Mayfair, just off the top of Grosvenor Square, 20 North Audley Street is a prominent and newly refurbished corner building.
