Level Office is expanding its coworking portfolio with the purchase of a three-story building in Boulder, CO

(Boulder, CO) January 19, 2018 — Coworking company Level Office is expanding into Boulder with the purchase of 1495 Canyon Boulevard. The Chicago-based company acquired the three-story building on January 18 and plans to renovate it to provide modern and affordable workspace. Leasing is already underway for private offices and coworking memberships at the center, which will open in summer 2018.

“Boulder’s small business growth is impressive, and we are excited to offer local business owners professional, flexible, and budget-friendly workspace in a fantastic location,” said Bill Bennett, Founder of Level Office.

Level Office coworking and private office users get direct fiber internet, all utilities, access to communal lounge areas with amenities such as an espresso bar, local beer on tap, and community events included in rent. With pricing of $99 a month for 24/7 coworking memberships and private offices starting at $575 a month, Level Office seeks to provide small businesses and entrepreneurs with high-caliber amenities at a budget price.

Built in 1975, the 22,533-square-foot building features three floors of offices and an adjacent parking lot. By purchasing the buildings where it operates, Level Office is able to invest in infrastructure improvements including fiber internet, all while keeping rents lower than competitors. The building’s seller, U.S. Bank, will continue to lease space in the building.

“We are drawn by Boulder’s supportive environment for small businesses,” Bennett said. “The city’s strong economic growth and diverse mix of entrepreneurs makes it an ideal place for a Level Office location.”

Boulder is Level Office’s second Colorado location; the company purchased 1630 Welton Street in Denver in June 2017.
