For the 40,000 square feet deal, NYC Office Suites will take over the entire seventh and eighth floors of Tishman Speyer’s 1270 Avenue of the Americas. Avital Shimshowitz told Commercial Observer that the company picked the building for its location, neighborhood, and because it’s on top of a transportation hub.

The 30 year old company signed a lease for 15 years in the building and will start welcoming members on April 2nd.
